Our company’s success is based on the engagement of our employees. At the headquarters in Stuttgart, our Works Council actively shapes this engagement. For instance, with a nationwide unique company pay agreement, which was negotiated in cooperative partnership with the dbb/komba and ver.di unions. This agreement, among others, combines the well proven performance bonus model with a solid base salary and includes a company pension scheme for the employees.
