Foundation of Losch Airport Service
Werner Losch founds LOSCH Airport Service on 1st November 1990.
With a small team, he initially offers cleaning in the Nightstop
at Stuttgart airport. The first customer, former Hapag Lloyd,
which is called TUIfly today, has remained loyal to the company to date.

CHANGEOVER TO THE YOUNGER GENERATION
Marc Losch takes over management from his father
and develops the company further: towards a specialist company for
ground handling services and handling coordination. Today,
LOSCH is an experienced and solid aviation partner at the airports in
Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Memmingen and Weeze/Lower Rhine
as well as a workplace for approximately 1,500 employees.

AIRFREIGHT TURNOVER AND NEW HEADQUARTER
Night airmail handling on behalf of Deutsche Post AG.
Headquarters move into the night airmail control centre at the
Stuttgart airport.

PACKAGE AND EXPRESS
DHL entrusts LOSCH Airport Service with its airfreight turnover
in Stuttgart. LOSCH is renowned for its ambitious
safety standards and its competent as well as committed
employees.

Joint foundation of AGS
In a joint effort together with Stuttgart airport, LOSCH
Airport Service founds AGS Airport Ground Service GmbH,
which is called SAG Stuttgart Airport Ground Handling GmbH today,
for the purpose of aircraft handling and passenger transport.
In the same year, LOSCH Airport Service München GmbH is founded
at Munich airport.

Innovations and the virtue of inventors
Dr. Max Losch, the engineer and inventor, is head of
the newly founded LOSCH Airport Equipment GmbH.
This think tank creates numerous innovations successfully
utilized by LOSCH Airport Service for safety in the apron areas.

In 2005, LOSCH founds serve2fly at this location, a
high-performance regional service provider, who,
amongst others, provides ground handling and passenger

Through the foundation of LOSCH Airport Service Memmingen,
another regional airport benefits from the company's services.
LOSCH handles in Memmingen approx. 7,200 aircrafts per year.
Joint Venture Swissport Losch GmbH & Co. OHG am Flughafen München

2009

Swissport Losch launches in Munich
The joint venture of Swissport from Switzerland and
LOSCH Airport Service GmbH from Stuttgart launches
successfully and grows rapidly. Today, Swissport
Losch GmbH & Co. OHG is represented at Munich airport
with approximately 700 employees.

2013

Ick bin ein Berliner
Thanks to the foundation of Airlink Passage Service Berlin, LOSCH
is now also strongly represented in the capital Berlin. The new enterprise
takes over the handling of about 4.1 million passengers per year
at Tegel airport.

Welcome to Ryanland
With the new establishment of WISAG LOSCH Passage Service Köln,
LOSCH Airport Service is now also represented in the Rhineland.
Together with Wisag Aviation Service, the company takes over the
passage services for Ryanair at Cologne/Bonn airport.
